General policy

Payments for subscription plans are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or when we determine a refund is appropriate in a specific case.

Canceling a subscription

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Canceling prevents future renewals.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly with your account email and billing details so we can review the issue.
